Vacation Bible School!
VBS

Vacation Bible School is a fun and engaging week of adventures and activities open to children entering Kindergarten through 5th Grade annually during the summer. This program is open to children from all faith communities and walks of life and is a resource for the local community, not just for those children who attend The Congregational Church of Naugatuck. VBS is a 5-day camp that runs from 9 am -12 pm daily and participants create community and amazing crafts while enriching their relationship to others and God in a safe, supportive and caring environment of trained adults and teens.
Adult crew leaders and teen Crew Assistants help guide the children through the week and they make new friends and explore new adventures along the way. The program is held in the Parish House and on The Naugatuck Green across the street. Kids have a ton of fun and explore Bible stories and spiritual practices through activities, games, skits, music and much more!
This year’s program will feature a curriculum from Group Publishing “Rocky Railway: Jesus’ Power Pulls Us Through” and will be held on July 26-July 30, 2021. The daily sessions will run from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm and families are cordially invited to attend the final day to hear and see what the children have learned and shared throughout this week.
