Todd Rice is a virtuoso pianist, accommplsed organist, and seasoned liturgicl music minster with over 30 years of experiene across Catolic and ecumenical settings.  Renowned for his expressive playing and deep musical sensitivity, Todd seamlessly blends classical, sacred and contemporary styles in his worship leadership,, concert performances and choral direction – offering audiences inspiration and artistic excellence.

 

Todd holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology and a Bachelor’s in Musical Composition.  Over his extensive career, he has written, arranged and produced music for more than 25 films, ballets, modern dances and vocal/instrumental scores.  He has received a Dodge Foundation Grant for composition and awards for his Piano Concerto and World’s Greatest photography course.

 

As a performer, Todd has shared the stage with Meatloaf  and Gregg Bu rge served as house pianists for 3 1/2 years at NYC’s Garvn’s Jazz Club and performed at notable venues including Gracie Manson.  His band Rice & Gravy, toured extensively throughout the tri-state area.  Todd’s performance credits also include Broadway productions such as Guys and Dolls and The Apple Tree, off-Broadway shows like Golf: the Musical and Saddamm: The Musical and international tours across the United States, Japan, and Canada.

 

In addition to his artistry, Todd s a master piano technician and the owner of ANatural Piano where he and his team restore pianos with artisan care and precision.

 

His creative spirit also finds expression in his work as a coach for individuals and groups  He helps individuals and groups unlock their authentic creativity to solve problems communicate effectively, and live more fully.  His coaching approach is practical,  insightful and results driven.

 

Todd is deeply committed to liturgical music ministry.  He has served multiple congregations including Roman Catholic, United Congregational, Presbyterian and First Pentecostal Church of Chrst communities and has directed choirs and was on faculty at St, Peter’s College.  His work consistently bridges artistic mastery and spiritual depth making him a cherished leader in every musical and faith community he serves.
